I typically order from this restaurant due to its convenient location near my home. The owner is always friendly, and the food is usually fresh, but that wasn’t the case tonight. The chicken was dry and not fresh, and the fries were cold and stale. I ended up having to throw it away! When I called to express my concerns, the lady I spoke to said there was nothing she could do to help. She was not very accommodating at all. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning as a customer.
The food was decent, but quite salty and heavily fried. However, the service was incredibly disappointing. The staff were rude, argumentative, and unwilling to correct their mistakes, like getting an order wrong. I wouldn’t be surprised if they tampered with the food. I have no plans to return, and I will definitely advise my friends and family to avoid this location.
We get our chicken here once every couple of months. We call ahead order our food and it's usually ready in 20 minutes or so. The chicken has always been fresh crispy without being dry. The mushrooms are always cooked and crisp. They are always friendly and don't get the orders wrong. Nothin fancy, just good old Brown's chicken and mushrooms the way we like it!

Fresh food most of the time. If you go in later in the evening the gravy on the potatoes is always spoiled. I started getting it on the side, now I eat the cabbage and black eyed peas.
The food was great today. The manager was super nice and showed he really cared about the customer. I will definitely come back here again.
I actually love the dishes and service, excellent area right next to my home. The employees are always very kind. Highly recommended.
