Service??? Not to be had. The restaurant wasn 't even busy. We were finally seated, with menu 's then the server left, immediately. No water, no drink, no service. Waiting, waiting. Finally ordered another drink our food. Our meals finally came. The fish chips were Luke warm. But noone ever came to ask how things were. We were told alot, about how busy they 've been all day. Really? You are a restaurant, aren 't you? Apparently not. Before paying, my husband told the server his meal was cold, again he was told how busy they were was offered no apology. Management this is truly unacceptable definately substandard service .
We really like this location as it is smaller and nicer than the other Browns we have been too. I had the Chicken Dragon Bowl, very good and only 800 calories. My wife had the Kung Pow Chicken Wrap (lettuce) also very good, but not as spicy as expected. Even the chili sauce on the side that comes with it was mild, (nice and crunchy) so they could kick that up a couple of notches. Others had brunch options which they all said was amazingly good. We'll go back there for brunch regularly now. Waitress was exceptional and it all around nice meal. Parking: Right in a shopping mall so lots of spots to park
Food and service was great. Unfortunately they lose a star because I had to turn my head to see the NHL (that 's right, hockey)playoff game because they thought everyone would rather watch a no meaning basketball game. Four screens facing me all with basketball. Obviously not a serious sports bar. Took two tables asking multiple time before someone picked up a remote.
Went there for a lunch meeting on Thursday. They did not bring our appetizers on time, but the very welcoming server apologized several times and at the end, didn't charge us for them. It happens sometimes and and it is important how a restaurant takes the corrective action. So I still give 5 star rating. Service: Dine in
