Browns Socialhouse Summit

We ordered dinner through Skip the Dishes tonight, and one of our meals was missing a key ingredient. The manager, Michelle (I believe that was her name), went above and beyond by sending me an entirely new entree, which was unexpected since I only anticipated receiving the missing ingredient. Unfortunately, Skip the Dishes wouldn't arrange to bring the food back, and I thought they might charge a delivery fee but still go through with it. Instead, Michelle organized for someone else to deliver the new dish. Mistakes do happen, but their willingness to take extra steps to make it right was truly impressive. I absolutely love this restaurant! I really wish one would open in Merritt so I wouldn't have to drive to Kamloops for such fantastic meals and great drink prices in a stunning atmosphere. The staff all have such wonderful attitudes, and they offer free refills on non-alcoholic drinks, which is perfect for the kids. I'm giving this place a thumbs up and a solid 5 stars! ❤️❤️❤️

EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS and to Perfection! The chef's creation of Creole Butter on Cajun Sirloin was the right choice for me! With scrumptious Smoked Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes, Broccoli Crowns, a side of BAKED MUSHROOMS! Very Flavourful.

I had a wonderful meal and experience at Browns in Kamloops. Everything was excellently arranged, the staff was fantastic, and the Ahi Tuna Crunch was the best I've ever had—I've tried many! It's now my favorite salad.

Went for my 2nd time tonight with hubby... reservation got lost and Manager Rob quickly got us a table and a free appy. We were so impressed by the food, and friendly staff and managers! Will definitely be going again!

Great service, our waitress had Ninja Turtle tattoos. Amazing food, chicken quesadilla with yam fries. My boyfriend had the baha fish tacos. Tried a Social Palmer and that was amazing too.

We had a very long chatty dinner, our server Ginger was amazing...super attentive and didn't rush is out after we paid our bill and sat and talked...food is always amazing as well!
