Brown's Soul Food is a bit of a mixed bag. They have the same menu every day, which can get monotonous. I ordered the pot roast today, and it was dry and not well-seasoned. Their smothered chicken, smothered pork, turkey wings, and other dishes are decent, though. The black-eyed peas remind me of my mom's cooking, but the dressing always seems to be burnt on top. The oxtails were overcooked, with the meat falling off the bone and settling at the bottom of the pan. If you prefer your oxtails that way, then go ahead. I only chose to eat here because my usual spot, Q's Restaurant in East Point, GA, was closed. Their oxtails are tender, the meat stays on the bone, and they're smothered in a deli...
The food was soaked in grease, didn't have much to offer service sucked. I think the woman had Al's timers, she couldn't remember rather she put condiments in the bag she literally just fixed my food. But she New the price right off the top of her head. She didn't forget that s .I will never eat there again, heart burn, don't get me started on that too.
The service was excellent, and the food was enjoyable, though it could use a bit more flavor. The staff were friendly, and the service was top-notch. I would consider returning, but only for specific dishes. As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is accessible. If you have dietary restrictions, the only dish containing pork is the pork chops.
I got the BBQ chicken and Turkey Wing meals, I have to say I was terribly disappointed based on the great reviews I saw. The plates were a great size, you get a great portion of food but the quality was eh… The sides were a bit flavorless, and the meat was just okay. Idk. Maybe I came on an off day, I’ll try again maybe.

FILTHY door knob. From the fat black man to the cooks servers, their attitudes are just as ugly as they are. Overpriced poor food. Cornbread is always old, hard, cold usually burned. They've taken most of the meat out of that bland spaghetti, but raised the price.These people are money hungry! I DON'T recommend.
Yo this the most bland soul food I’ve ever had . The Chicken wings are super jumbo and nasty tasting and low quality. The mac and cheese is bland as well. Wasted 28 dollars. No line on a Sunday should’ve told me something.
I've been living in the area for several years, and I just recently heard about this place from a friend. It feels like I've discovered a hidden gem. The food is absolutely delicious!
I used to enjoy coming here, but the customer service sucks very bad. It 's a shame I don 't feel comfortable supporting my own kind
