Zur Brücke Aarberg

Visited with my wife, son and in laws for an early (6.30pm) dinner. I made a reservation earlier in the day and managed to secure us a lovely table on their river view terrace underneath a big sun canopy. The menu is fairly limited in the number of dishes on offer but we were looking for something traditional and it had what we wanted. To start, we all had freshly prepared salads and then variously enjoyed Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (veal in a cream and mushroom sauce), Geschnetzeltes Kalbsleber (pan fried veal liver) and schwein schnitzel (pan fried breaded pork cutlet). Bruno Winkelmann und ich, Otti Balzer waren am 25. Januar 2020 am Super Märit Kulinarische Reise in 5 Restaurant in Aarberg. Begonnen hat die Reise in unserem Restaurant Brücke und muss sagen es war einfach ein super tollen Abend. Gestern 11.02.2020 waren wir zum Nachtessen im Restaurant Brücke und hatten wieder den Monatshit genossen. ZIBERLI-HOGER-LISI-FILET zarte Schweinsfilets, Nudeln mit Chrütli und Gemüse. Muss sagen, nur das Teller anzuschauen war ein Hit, so schön angerichtet und so fein und Gut war es auch noch dazu. with friends we were at lunch. we have a nicely decorated table reserved and after a glass excellent yvorne we soon found a menu in the original menu. we chose kalbsleberli with rösti and acid mocken. the Leberli-Esser supplemented with a delicious menue salad, to the acid mocken accompanied a beautiful vegetable set the excellent kartoffelstock. to eat we drank a bottle of primitivo, inexpensive and good. the closure formed a dessert: you can choose between a full portion and a minivariant. the minivariant was just so big that it sat down after a bit sweet after the meal.

Unser jährliches Familientreffen durften wir am ersten Dezember-Sonntag in diesem Restaurant geniessen.
