I mobile ordered here this morning before leaving my house using the Bruegger's app. I got there about 20 minutes later and my order wasn't ready. I then waited for about another 10 minutes before asking about my order, and they told me they were makingit. At this point it would have been way faster just to wait in line and order. The woman working there then informed me theywere out of the kind of bagel I ordered, which was super frustrating because I had already waited a while to get my food, but Ijust requested a different kind of bagel. When I finally went to eat my food, I found she had not given me the substitute Irequested and made my sandwich with a totally different kind of bagel.
I visit Bruegger’s Bagels often and am generally happy with my experience. On days I work early, I like to call ahead to arrange a pickup since they close at 2 PM, which gives me just enough time to place my order. However, there have been several occasions when I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. Despite this, I still go in to pick up my usual cinnamon sugar bagels. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that they improve their phone service, especially as closing time approaches.

I usually get an everything bagel and a five cheese bagel, but today, when I picked them up, they looked quite different from usual. I'm not sure what changed or why these bagels are so different now, and it honestly makes me feel sad. I don’t like the changes to either of them, and I’d love to know the reason behind it. I really hope this is just a one-time issue.
I do enjoy my time here. It is just a cool location being in an only fire station. There are many seating options inside. The bagels are good and consistently good. Frequently you can get a fresh warm bagel which is the best. I enjoy how walkable it is and it is also right by the bus stop. Parking in the front and the back is not ideal in these very small lots but it is doable. I would recommend the back lot over the front lot any day because it is so much easier to get out of.

I’m not a fan of the differences in both bagels, and I really want to know what’s going on. I hope this is just a one-time issue.

Ordered a Leonardo da veggie with jalapeño cream cheese and it didn?t have the extra jalapeño cream cheese and was missing the red onion and peppers. Very disappointed with my order, train the staff better please.
The bagels are typical. The building has a unique charm, but the interior is very dirty! Parking is an issue as well—it's either under construction or in disrepair. What’s going on?
