This is the best Bruegger’s their is, hands down. Employees are friendly, and most of all, they’re well trained and know how to make the sandwiches. I always leave feeling satisfied. I’ve been to numerous other locations around the metro where the employees are new, don’t know what they’re doing, and it’s a major headache as a customer. I’m not looking for overly friendly employees, I just want someone who knows what they’re doing. The Edina store takes the cake!
I’ve never had a bad Bruegger’s experience but this location seems to have given up . The grumpy old man behind counter clearly did not want to be there. I would not have cared , but he loaded up my sandwich with brown, rotten avocado, for which I was charged extra. Then I was prompted upon check out to give a tip on the screen, which I for some reason could not bypass without selecting at least a dollar tip…. Just close it down fr
I don’t know if it is only this specific BB or is this true for all of them. But these chewy pieces of dough they call bagels, are the ‘WORST’ bagels I have ever had. To make matters worse, my daughters permanent retainer, came loose while trying to take a bite out of these chewy pieces dough they call bagels!!! How can this shop stay in business??? OMG!!! Really surprised that they haven’t gone out of business all these years!!

Mary and Kevin are so great!!! They always greet you with a huge smile and warm welcome!! I drive out of my way to come to this location just to experience the excellent customer care even though it’s not the closest location to my home. Well done Brueggers!!
Delicious bagel sandwiches, especially the traditional lox sandwich on an Everything bagel. Many choices, most of them outstanding. Can also buy several flavors of cream cheese to make your own sandwiches at home.
The store personnel were very friendly and helpful. Bagels are always delicious. Store was clean and when it got busy, there are more people behind the counter to assist.
