I ordered a dozen fresh, hot bagels—6 poppy, 3 plain, and 3 cinnamon raisin—and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. After paying, I went to my car because the bagels felt cold. To my surprise, I received sesame and everything bagels instead. The manager who rang me up didn’t mention any issue when I picked them up. When I went back to the store, the manager’s only response was, "Well, I didn't bag these up," without any apology. I asked for a refund but was met with disappointing service. I also reached out to Bruegger’s afterward but never heard back. Very disappointed.
I have no complaints about the staff—this isn't their fault. However, the new system where you order at the register is simply frustrating. I ordered six plain bagels, not sliced and without any toppings, and it's now been 30 minutes, and I'm still waiting. This process is unacceptable. It's ridiculous that someone with a straightforward order like mine has to wait half an hour for bagels that aren’t even sliced. I won't be coming back to a Bruegger's anytime soon.
Great fast service. Only three people in line and employee knew to call another employee up front. Clean and orderly, extra requests were asked and not assumed, love that!!! With that being said, I don?t love that brueggers got clever and started to charge an extra fifty cents both honey and butter on your bagel when before you could just grab it from the dispenser.
The staff at Bruegger's Bagels are friendly, and the line for breakfast or lunch is generally manageable. It would be helpful to have more menus near the entrance so customers can decide before reaching the front. I’ll likely return at some point, but it’s not a place I’d go out of my way for.

Food is consistently good. However, restaurant consistently is short staffed on weekend mornings. Napkins are often not restocked promptly. Restaurant area also tends to get dirty (staff is needed to clean off tables and pick up after inconsiderate customers do not clean up after themselves).
Bagels not in stock. We have gone there two weekends in a row between 7-9 am and they have been out of plain bagels both times with a wait time of 10-15 minutes for more plain bagels. Friendly service but disappointing they don't have things in stock repeatedly.
I don't know if this store just can't keep up with traffic volume, but all I want is a Blueberry bagel and they're always out. Yesterday, I was told It'd be 15 minutes. Today, 20 minutes. Roseville, here I come.
I had the best bagel ever. I love it. (Farm house). The service was great. I will definitely come back.
