Bruegger's Bagels - Réserver une table

Bruegger’s bagels was one of my very favorites as it was as close to new your bagels in NC. My favorites were just getting a big dozen with their cream cheese. Originally you lined up in front of the baskets of bagels where you could see what had just come from the ovens. There was a recent change in the ordering process customers make their orders at the cash register end of the counter and you dont know what varieties of bagels and quantity are at hand from a “menu” when putting together a dozen bagels. The employees are now seeming glued to the floor. It Maybe different if your ordering a sandwich but then bagel ordering process (especially if you like to pick out you selection is not at...

Just like a previous review! Bill I feel you! The ordering ahead at the register is such a disservice! Beyond all in my review I want bring up a specific staff. The manager Tiffany…from 20619 Torrence Chapel Rd Cornelius, NC 2803. Extremely disrespectful and very unkind to the employee that was on the spectrum. I had just ordered my food and stepped over to watch when she and another staff member are being very ill towards the employee on the spectrum. This type of behavior is unacceptable and disgusting. Very sad to see a manager treat there staff and customers in this manner. I hope there will be some positive changes and we get the old Brueggars back!

What an absolute dump of a location. Dirty in every aspect and in desperate need of a remodel. The service was ridiculously slow and ended up walking out. Cannot believe anybody would stand for such a filthy place that serves food. UPDATE: 11/17/23- Stopped in to see if it got better. Sanitation score is even LOWER!!!! I won't ever return. Makes me wonder who is responding to all of the comments about how dirty this location is. They're doing NOTHING to clean this place up!! Still a complete dump.

Got a Bacon Egg and Cheese with two eggs and the amount of grease on this was insane. They skimped out on the bacon while the eggs looked like they came from McDonald's. I'd only go here for very basic bagels not something with more than 2 parts to it.
