Experienced the unimaginable customer service. The manager (small, crooked, long beard) simply exposes this really angry vibe. Didn't you say back, even though we were on the face for a few minutes? I was waiting behind a customer who filled a large order for several minutes. I was literally afraid to ask him the obvious? Can you get me six simple bagels? Question because he was just ready to blow. Young woman in the register was very nice to me after this guy finally went to the back kitchen. I won't come back long, if ever. This particular Bruegger?s somehow hires the most incompetent staff members out of any location I?ve seen. I?m not sure if it?s just constant turn over and new hires but every single time I stop in here it takes 15+ minutes for me to get a bagel sandwich which usually involves the sandwich artist that is making it constantly checking a note sheet of ingredients and asking another staff member where certain ingredients are located. And I?m not ordering anything complicated, usually a western sandwich off their menu. The food is good, just don?t expect to making a quick stop if you?re in a hurry.
I have visited this location a few times on my way to work. This last visit, it was busy and they didn't have many people working in the front. I was highly disappointed in the condition of the bagel making area. The board was dirty, and no one bothered to wipe it off. They just kept making people's bagels on this same dirty surface. I didn't see anyone clean any of the knives either. I also didn't see anyone change their gloves after touching other things. Needless I left without leaving an order.
I love their bagels and will continue to go back, but they really need to improve their online ordering system. They are consistently slow and disorganized. I always allow for an extra 10-15 minutes when ordering ahead because they often take longer than expected. One time our bagels were left on the counter instead of in the pick-up area, and we only found out after asking about our order 10 minutes later. They manage to still make the great bagels I expect from bruegger's, but everytime I'm in there the service just sucks. It's always something, manager standing around chatting up employees while customers wait, running out of everything bagels at noon and not putting more in to cook, all four employees handling one to go order while people stand in line, I now drive 15 minutes out of town to get my bagels at the bruegger's in Sunray mall, the experience is always much nicer.
A terrible customer service waited for over 15 minutes for a bag with bagels and cream cheese. There were 5 employees, including the manager, and only one person helped the customer despite a long line. The rest hung behind the counter and talked. At first I tried to give them the advantage of doubt, but then it was simply ridiculous when they seemed to take all the costs to avoid customer interaction.
1. The food is amazing. 2. The drinks are fantastic. 3. The staff is great, except for one person. 4. The individual in question, wearing a faded red shirt with white words, golden blonde hair, and a youthful appearance, needs to work on finishing current orders before moving on to the next. 5. Bruegger's Bagels are excellent. I am proud to be a loyal customer.
The staff at this restaurant are severely understaffed, leading to poor service. However, the three managers are exceptional and doing their best to train new employees, though they often don't stay long. One thing I will say is that if you are unhappy with the speed of service and long lines, consider applying to work here and help speed things up. Réservez une table maintenant
Poor employees are way understaffed. The three person management team are rockstars. They?re trying their best to get people trained but the new people don?t stay longer than a week. One think I like to say? if you have a problem with how fast we?re moving through the line that goes out the door, put in an application and come help us speed it up.
