The restaurant Brunnenstuben was already on my list for some time and only the day had to be waited, where it was supposed to sit on the Terasse. The interior didn't touch me like that, and the building itself looks from the outside rather not inviting I associate with it a club place, which it may have been at earlier times. Three of us enjoyed excellent, especially local cuisine. The service was very good and the staff gave some excellent and informed recommendations on wine and food. From the outside, the restaurant looks a little less inviting than it could, but once in the surroundings are clean, more modern than many German restaurants, light and airy with plenty of space between the tables to the experience more personal and intimate, if necessary.
For my last meal in Waiblingen, before we return to Singapore, we went to Brunnenstuben for lunch. We knew the day before, so we went online to book a table. Easy and fast response. Perfectly cooked meat, nich fish, Spätzlá and good wines from the surroundings and Austria! Cooked with love by Mrs. Beyer, served with passion by Mr. Beyer! We love it there! Not expensive for what you get! You can also have a scavenger with hair! M y favorite: FILETROSTBRATEN!
