Bruno's Pizzeria - Réservation de table

I walked in a few minutes early and they said my pizza had 4 minutes. Perfect! They tell me they accidentally gave my pizza away and they had to remake it. Should just be another 5 minutes. Okay. I end up spending a total of 30 minutes in their lobby. Okay...? I get the pizza home and its cheese soup that has sloshed to the side of the box cheese and grease everywhere. Not okay. I call the manager, explain and request a refund. The manager offers a credit for our next order, but i tell them I doubt we will be back. They then tell me they can 't refund without the card in store. While they might have good intentions, the oldest person I saw in there couldn 't have been older than 18. A place...

Usually the best in the city, but this pizza is not what I ordered and in any case has been rushed. I called to repair my order and they ignored the phone calls for 20 minutes until closing. I've never had bad services from them. I'll ask Mr. Akard what happened. Update: Problem was treated, hard to get good help these days

When we ordered our pizzas and breadsticks were ready in less than thirty minutes and was steaming hot!! They was loaded with toppings and the taste was just so delicious!! Highly recommended. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
