Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I worked here for 3 weeks and I was fired because I told the manager that a boy was stealing $100 bills from the register, so all the other employees “teenagers” decided to get together and tell the manager that they don’t feel comfortable with me, this was because they wanted to get me back for exposing their friend for doing something wrong, and the manager is rude and cheap, she hired a 14 year old which I asked her if I could work for her last year when I was 14 and she completely said no, they treated me super unfair, and there is mold under the sinks where the pipe is broken, with water leaking into a old paint bucket

The food was fine nothing special, but when I called back to look for my lost credit card, they quickly said no we don’t have any and hung up on me. Very rude! We will not be returning just because the person hung up on me like that. He couldn’t take 3 seconds for me to tell them it was thru drive thru or put me on hold to atleast pretend to check or ask a manager

Visited today 2/26 @7pm for the first time, even though the ice cream was good we won't be coming back, the very young lady at the drive-thru was so rude like she hated to be there, the place was empty so not like she was in a rush or anything, just not customer service skills at all; I rather bring my business to somewhere that is more welcoming.

Great ice cream shop. Variety of flavor options for all tastes. They even offer a vegan selection with multiple great flavors made with oat milk. by far the best vegan options i’ve ever seen offered and all are delicious. Staff is always friendly, helpful, patient, and fast! They offer outdoor seating and a drive thru : Réservez une table maintenant

The butter pecan ice cream was delicious but the cookie dough was terrible. My son ordered a milkshake and he didn’t get what he ordered. The service was not great and I wouldn’t come back here. It was expensive and just not worth it.

Excellent ice cream! I had regular waffle cone (3 scoops). Mixed berry cheesecake. Vanilla, ribbons of graham crackers and mixed berries. Walk-up or drive thru only. Tables outside available.

Qyana and khush are true assets to the company! Hard working, friendly and professional! I would do anything I could to promote or keep these individuals working for me if it was my business!

Got the large waffle cone with cookies dough and the ice cream was freezer burnt when I asked of a different one the blond hair girl was rude and said that's all we have Réservez une table maintenant
