I've been a fan of Bruster's for about 10 years, ever since I first visited the Brandon location. I was thrilled when the Bloomingdale store opened, and initially, everything was excellent. Unfortunately, I can’t say that anymore. The owner used to visit frequently, but not so much now. The cones have become very thin and fragile, making it hard to enjoy my ice cream. I hope they return to their roots and restore the quality and service that kept me coming back.
The owner is incredibly friendly! The service was excellent, even with the stress of Hurricane Ian approaching. The ice cream is absolutely delicious! This will definitely be our new go-to spot! Plus, it has a drive-thru, which is super convenient. We tried the New York strawberry cheesecake pie flavor, and all I can say is, OMG!
The ice cream quality at Bruster's Real Ice Cream is decent, though not exceptional. However, the drive-thru is quite chaotic, causing wait times of 15-20 minutes, which makes it hard to justify a visit. The staff are friendly kids, but the overall management needs improvement.
The banana ???? chocolate chip ice cream is delicious. They make fresh ice cream and it is always good. The waffle cones are flimsy so I suggest you get a bowl with your cone. Recommended for all ice cream lovers ?????? Réservez une table maintenant
