We visited Bruster's Real Ice Cream in Seal Beach, and it was quite busy, which is a good sign that many people enjoy their ice cream. I ordered my favorite flavor, cookies and cream, but when I received it, it was green with chocolate chunks. I initially thought it was a unique twist on the classic, but then I realized it was actually mint chocolate chip. When I mentioned the mix-up to the staff, they handled it really well and quickly gave me the correct cookies and cream. Once I finally got the right flavor, it was absolutely delicious, and I found myself wanting more, but I had already gotten a large serving. I work here and I think I 'm pretty awesome so 5 stars. The ice cream is legit good though and Death by Chocolate is one of my favorites. Also we have limited time Oat Milk Strawberry Banana (and the Oat Milk Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, but thats not in right now that 's killer. But FYI for anyone going, we do have a secret menu with Root Beer Floats on 'em. And we give pup cups to dogs :

I tried the pistachio ice cream and turned it into a milkshake, which was quite good—I'd give it a solid 8. If you've had Handles ice cream before, though, I think that one is slightly better. Lilly was very kind and helpful during our visit.
Tried a couple of the local ice cream parlours and this was by far the best. Great range of flavours (sea salt caramel and new york cheesecake were fabulous), service very friendly and portions generous. Yum!
