My wife and I used to visit this place weekly for ice cream, but they keep raising their prices to the point where it no longer feels reasonable for us to go. While we can afford it, we can't justify paying 20 to 25% more every single year for ice cream. I believe this specific location is pricier than others, and it feels quite greedy. We've decided to stop coming here altogether, which is disappointing because we really love Grand Central Station. We'll just have to satisfy our ice cream cravings elsewhere.
I stood in line for five minutes. A man and his two kids walked up to the window and got served by the girl inside- so I walked over and I asked the employee do you not acknowledge the line anymore? I told her that I had been standing in line as directed by the sign above my head, and she lets these people just walk up and helps them. The man started to apologize and I said, forget it and left. This makes about the third time that this has happened.
The ice cream is delicious and the Banana split is massive.The matcha ice cream is so good and actually tastes like matcha. They get very busy at times but service is fast.
Good ice cream. Banana pie tasted like the real deal. Service was friendly. Long lines in the sun weren't fun, but they were to be expected at a new location.

I ordered strawberry shortcake with vanilla ice cream. I loooooove sweet but this one was waaaaaay too sweet. I would love to try new flavors tho
The ice cream here is excellent, and the texture is really nice. I just wish there were some seating available.
The ice cream here is outstanding. While the wait can sometimes be a bit lengthy, it's always worth it.
