i’m not someone who ever leaves reviews, but this is deserved. i spent over $80 for food for my bf’s birthday, including a 10% tip. i ordered for pickup and got there about 5 minutes after getting a text saying my food was ready. it was all cold and looked like it had been sitting out for about an hour. the cheese on my loaded fries was completely hardened and the fried pickles were soggy and cold. i requested certain things for my sandwich and tipped extra, and my requests were ignored. i normally wouldn’t care, but i spent a lot of money on this food so a review felt necessary.
Food was out of this world, unfortunately it took about 45 minutes for our entrees to come out. Our pretzel appetizer came out in less than 5 minutes and it was delicious. Our waitress was a sweetheart and so apologetic for the wait. We went on a trivia night so it was loud but still a family friendly atmosphere. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
Place is great! Love the pizza and food is very good, but the manager on duty was drinking alcohol during his shift, along with arguing with a customer with vulgar language. He was nice with us specifically, but the drinking on the job and arguing on the other side of the room was offsetting. Other than that, love the place!!
