Bubbakoo's Burritos

Update: Emailed customer support. They were quick to respond and took my complaint seriously. I changed my star rating because the service I received from the customer support and I feel confident that this will be handled internally. Horrible service. We were told at 8:30pm when the place doesn't close until 9pm that the grill was off and could not get a shrimp burrito. Meanwhile the guy JOHNNY who CLAIMED TO BE the manager when he was just a regular employee was grilling food for himself!!! He was very rude and unprofessional and clearly LIED about his position. My only issue was the way the burrito was rolled. It wasn’t the standard method of tucking in the sides before rolling, resulting in a shorter, thicker burrito. Unfortunately, this technique led to an uneven mix of ingredients. When I took a bite, it lacked consistency; I ended up with a mouthful of rice at first, and then a chunk of beef later on. It seemed like whoever came up with this rolling style had never considered how it would affect the eating experience. I recommend asking for a traditional roll instead. You’ll get a much better, more uniform burrito that makes for a more enjoyable meal.

I ordered online for two burritos and a beef salad, but when my delivery arrived, they had only sent the beef salad. Both burritos were missing, so I had to place another order elsewhere to feed the other people. Additionally, the beef salad was quite small for $15, and given that price, I expected better quality. The taste reminded me of something you might get from Taco Bell. This was my first time ordering here, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last.

BOWL was enjoyable. However, the beef empanada was a significant disappointment and did a disservice to empanadas everywhere. It was one of the worst I've ever tasted, and it really made me consider taking away two stars from my rating. Nonetheless, I would still order the bowl again. Réservez une table maintenant

Every time I visit this Bubbakoo's location in Brick, the staff is always incredibly sweet and kind! They are very accommodating and provide service with remarkable efficiency. I come here frequently because this location is so well managed, and I also recommend it to all my clients!

This is my first time eating at this restaurant, and I must say, it was truly delicious! The food was fresh and full of flavor, especially the jalapeños. I'm visiting from Ohio, and I'm really glad I chose to order from here.

I always visit this place because the food is consistently great. Today, I ordered fried Oreos, but I didn't notice them until I got home. I really wish they had been better. :c Réservez une table maintenant

I get the same thing every time. It's always delicious. Sometimes I get a ton of chips and sometimes a much less but, always enough to enjoy with my BURRITO and house salsa

I wasn't impressed with Chiwawa. The ground beef had an unusual taste, and they forgot my Pepsi. However, the fries were good.
