This is the second time I ordered via UberEats and they?ve flaked me on my order. This was suppose to be the Burrito bowl! But all they gave me was styrofoam bowl?.. I?ve ordered a taco bowl and they did the same thing my last order. Update: 6/13/2022 Had to drop a star for this place. Against my better judgment, I?d ordered via DoorDash and asked yet again for a taco bowl (being that it was actually shown on this particular ordering app). This time I received an email via DoorDash that Bubbakoo?s Burrito was out of this particular item and replaced it with soft tacos (ugh)?. Now being that I asked for fried chicken as protein and with desired toppings, you?d think they?ll incorporate those...
This is my first time at this particular location, and my last. Food was not fresh, my ?crispy? chicken was cold and not even crispy. I got my usual meal that I typically do at other Bubbakoos- and this tasted nothing like it should. To make it better, the girl working at the register was EXTREMELY rude and even rolled her eyes when we asked for a cup for a drink (that we paid for). She even wore airpods for the entire time she was here- how embarrassing. She clearly does not even care about her job. Management should really look into how the store is ran when they are not here.
I attempted to place an order for tacos, but they called to inform me that they only had beef. Then, our order was taken by a third-party delivery service without our consent. After that, they confirmed they do indeed have beef but said it would take 45 minutes to prepare. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant, as they are not reliable.
The staff here seem to be kids, and unfortunately, the place is not very clean. We consistently encounter issues with our orders. If you ask for a bowl, you might end up with a burrito instead. When we request something specific, like putting salsa on the side, it leaves them baffled. Réservez une table maintenant

My son got very sick after eating here. Sure we can't prove it was the cause of his food poisoning but it happened a few hours after eating here. I don't think the staff practices safe food handling. I would have given zero stars but was unable too. He definitely won't ever be back.
