Bubbakoo's Burritos

Today was the first time I've been to Bubbakoo's in a long while. The staff was as friendly as I remembered, but the food quality (at least today) has changed. I ordered eight bone-in wings with General Tso's sauce and a side of brown rice and black beans. The wings had no flavor, and the sauce was lacking. I could see the freezer burn on a few of the wings. The chicken was very bland as if the wings weren't slightly pre-seasoned. I've never had Bubbakoo's wings the way I had them today. We get bubbakoos from this location very often and had a terrible experience today. We ordered through the app, which has a lot of technical problems. It doesn't allow us to redeem our rewards we've earned. Today we ordered 4 burrito bowls on the app and 3 of them had the wrong ingredients. When we picked up the order we asked to redeem one of the rewards from the app in-person, because the app won't let us do it. The employees did not want to help at all and laughed at the suggestion we could try to sort it out in person. They said they don't know how the app works. The food was served cold, and the delivery driver's car smelled strongly of cheap cologne, which tainted the entire meal. The food itself tasted like the overpowering cologne. I will not be ordering from here again. Take-out service for dinner. Food: 1 Service: 1.

This restaurant is a great value for the quality of their food. The service is excellent with a rating of 5, the food is very good with a rating of 4, and the atmosphere is decent with a rating of 3. Réservez une table maintenant

Used to be so much better. They make the portion size super small now and the price is higher. Each steak taco had 4/5 tiny pellets of steak in it. Shells were soggy too. Never ordering again

Wow, the taco bowl is absolutely delicious. I ordered it with white rice, crispy fried chicken, sour cream, queso, shredded cheese, and lettuce. It is truly amazing.
