I receive room temperature food my fries taste like cooking oil or like they had been re-cooked. I ask for fresh fries and they took the same fries and re-cooked them again. At that point they were chips because they were fried so hard. I also noticed that the cook and the manager on duty at the time were smirking at each other, as if they had gotten over on me. So, I asked for my money back and they said they couldn't give me my money back or even make actual fresh fries, because they cook the fries twice already. I will not be eating there again. I didn't want to give a start at all but I had to in order to leave a review. So in my opinion no stars at all.
THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD! When my husband and I are trying to find a place to eat he will typically start the conversation like this “where do you want to eat, not burgers” he has to add that last little bit because he knows I will more then likely say I want a hamburger and fries. We just moved from Dallas so we tried Bubs and it was an 10/10 burger both times. I only order mayo and lettuce on every burger I get so it’s easy to tell if a hamburger is actually good or not because it can’t hide under a pile of toppings. This burger is truly the best, add some waffle fries and enjoy! Also they have creole mayo and it’s delicious to dip the fries in
Our table enjoyed competing the Big Ugly challenge. Enormous burgers that didn’t fall short on taste. I ordered the creole Big Ugly and absolutely loved the seasoning and Chipotle Mayo. Our table also shared and enjoyed the sloppy waffle fries. After our food was served, our server lost track of us. We flagged them down twice without getting a check the first time, after unsuccessfully sending another employee to find them. When the check came they didn’t offer to take our Big Ugly picture and needed to ask if that was still part of Bub’s experience. Overall tasty burger with absent service at the end that distracted from the experience.
Review for the airport location as I don’t want management to miss it. Waited 45 minutes only to find out they didn’t have my order in the system. I was charged for my meal though. I checked multiple times and they said it was coming up. At my 45 minute check in they admitted they didn’t have it. Other people were waiting 30+ minutes for their food as well. Big staffing problems here. The airport wasn’t busy, the terminal was mostly empty.
