This restaurant has really declined. I had to place my order twice, yet they still got it wrong. My son is allergic to ketchup, and they ended up putting it on the wrong sandwich. While I was waiting for our food to be prepared, I saw an employee drop a knife on the floor and then almost use it on a bagel before another staff member rushed over to give her a new one. To top it off, another worker was on a video call with her boyfriend while there were customers in the restaurant. They really need to improve their service. I will not be coming back.
I've tried bagels from NYC to LA to Florida, and I can confidently say that Mount Olive's French Toast and cranberry bagels are the best I've ever tasted. I actually dream about them and crave them whenever I visit other bagel shops. Just a tip: get there early—by 8 AM, they're almost sold out. I'm enjoying one right now! Thanks, Mount Olive Bagels! Also, the service is consistently great, and they offer satisfying breakfast options.
I just left the bagel shop, and it's 11 AM. They were out of plain bagels and won't be making any more. There weren't many other options available either. The six I bought were hard and didn’t taste like they used to. Maybe there are new owners? This used to be my go-to spot for bagels, but not anymore.
This place is incredible! The bagels are both fluffy and crispy, and my son can't get enough of them. It's his favorite spot for lunch. The staff is friendly and accommodating, too! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

9 dollars for a bacon egg and cheese and a chocolate milk. Egg and bacon was pre cooked.. not fresh. Oh how this place has fallen. Uses to be a go to spot. Now it's a no go spot. Shame..
This place is fantastic! They have the best bagels around. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. You’re really missing out if you haven't tried it yet!
