Food tastes well and the setting and ambiance are great. We decided to try it despite the service related reviews but unfortunately have to agree with them. The service is lacking massively for a 5 star place at this price point. We had 3x mains and 1x sushi and we were done with our mains for a while before the sushi turned up. If you want a great all round experience. I wouldn’t recommend it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Food was very good! However, the service and at most the concept leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered an aperitif to start. When ordering the food, we were asked explicitly whether the dishes would be brought one after the other or together. It was said that everything came individually. The fact was: everything came together, including the aperitif. So we couldn't enjoy it, but had to hurry so that the food didn't get cold.
Trop cher pour ce que c'est, 230 chf ça ne vaut pas le prix pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 4 ans et sans dessert. Ce que tu paies 130 ailleurs tu le paies ici 230 et c'est pas fou comme cuisine...rien de spéciale, c'est juste plus cher, pas de bio à ce prix, ni de vrai sushi avec du vrai poisson sélectionnée. le prix n'est pas justifié et le service loins d'un 5 étoiles qui melange les plats et SIDES. bref 1x pas 2
Service si really bad. For the price it is not acceptable. They explained that food was served all together and it was not the case. Dim sum slipped from the waiters hand and the dumplings where all over the place, no explanation of the sauces presented. Finally, i had to scream in order to get the attention of one of the waiters to pay, they basically ignored me. Really disappointed Réservez une table maintenant

Nice menu, little varied but which offers very good Asian specialties. However, the prices are relatively expensive. But the service, like the other restaurants in this hotel, is impeccable.
The food is of good quality and the service too, but the price is unacceptable. 190. for 3 people and without alcoholic drink and we were still hungry. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
