Service was good. But the food was not. I ordered the grouper sandwich which I have ordered other times. It was burned and just warm. My wife ordered stuffed mushrooms they were also burnt. The onion rings were good as were the French fries. Very disappointed. We did inform our waitress she did Offer to replace the items but we were not willing to wait another 20 minutes for our lunch. Just like so many restaurants they start out really good and after a period of time they just go down hill.
For our appetizer, we chose the onion rings, but they were soggy and not much better than what you'd find at a fast-food restaurant. I wasn't asked how I wanted my burger cooked, and it came out too well done. The fries were also overcooked. As for the Greek flatbread, the meat was overcooked as well. Overall, I won't be returning, especially since our waitress seemed quite unfriendly.
The food is truly exceptional! The quality is top-notch, and we were thoroughly impressed to discover that it ranks among the best in Evansville. However, the service leaves much to be desired; we have visited several times and found it consistently mediocre at best, which is definitely not on par with the quality of the food. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.
I went to this restaurant over the weekend while I was in town, and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is truly unique, and the staff were excellent. Even though we didn't eat there this time, the food looked incredible. I've found my new favorite place in Evansville, and I will definitely be going back often! Réservez une table maintenant
The daily specials are fantastic, offering great food at reasonable prices—no complaints at all! I tried the chicken and dumplings and was quite pleased. The burgers and BBQ parfait are definitely worth a taste. The staff was excellent during our last visit. I’d rate the food a solid 4 out of 5.
Our server, Raven, was attentive and friendly, and the food was outstanding—enough for three meals! The female chef who brought our dishes was also very kind. We rate it a perfect 10/10 and will certainly return!

I never expected such delicious food from a place called Bud's. The dishes were incredible! I had the habanero buffalo crunchy chicken with honey, and it was fantastic.
