To the owner of the Bar, please do me a favor to think very carefully why these very rude and no manner bouncers are still there. To be honest, they are the parisites to your business, fire them from work. they really don't like their job, there are more other foreigner who are good people who are really deserve for that position. I had so many experience happened with these guards plus the numerous complaints from other friends of mine. They are generally VERY RACIST especially to non-european, no respect, don't know the customer service and how to be polite. They should be trained at least to be professional.but they are not, just being honst and concern.
The place and atmosphere is very good, but the management is simply mindless. When the DJ begun to play bachata and salsa, everyone jumped to the tiny dancefloor, so space was minimal. The staff could have removed the tables and allow for more space to dance, since eventually everyone abandoned the seating and jump to move their hips. It seriously hampered the dwindling space and crowded the room unnecessarily. It was even impossible to go from one corner to the other, and the bouncers kept allowing more and more people to go in, knowing it was already bursting inside. A very serious lack of insight and common sense for such a cool venue.
