The bar at Hotel Castillo in the 9th Stock is definitely not worth a recommendation. The service leaves much to be desired here. Already when entering the bar, you are welcomed by an unpleasant waiting for the order intake. The bartenders may be nice, but they can't say that. They lack friendliness and motivation, which is clearly reflected in their service. If you have finally given up your order, you have to adjust for a long waiting period until the drinks are delivered. It seems that waiters have no hurry to satisfy the guests. And if you finally have your drinks, it's not a surprise that they are quickly empty. But instead of proactively asking if you want to order something, the waiter...

Great bar, with panoramic view over Europa-Park and Rust, in the 9th. Floor of the Hotel Castillo Alcazar . Pleasant atmosphere, beautiful life music, delicious cocktails and friendly staff (which remains very friendly even under the greatest stress). And if you don't get any room on the window, it's also quite entertaining to sit at treses and watch the bartender when mixing the most varied cocktails. The drink card is already a half novel, the selection is huge. From standard cocktails, to exotic, with and without alcohol. Everyone should find something. Prices are slightly higher, which is more than justified in the quality and taste of cocktails. Great location to make a day out.

I have visited the Buena Vista Bar over the years. Last in March 2023. It is very cozy, the staff very friendly and the view very great depending on the season. There are two points deduction for this that one does not take it so accurately in the evening hours with the currently applicable smoke regulations!

The drinks were all very good. What was very irritated was the presence of various children between 7-12 years. In a smoking bar. The Bar Buena Vista Club is my favorite bar in the Europa Park universe. From here you have a great view of the park and the Europa Park hotels. There is a wide selection of cocktails and drinks. The only manko is that it is a smoker bar.

Disgusting gas chamber. Tolerable tormenting. From order to serving approx. 30min. Almost gone. At least you can go without paying.
