The pizza here is very surprising for a pub. I would not be disappointed getting served this from an actual Italian pizza place. Excellent dough consistency, bold and delicious flavours. Highly highly recommend it! Most of the other food at the bueno is quite good too. Prices are expensive but this is Mosman. Service is great; they accidentally served a steak overdone and they made a new one zero hesitation. The properly cooked one was very very nice, great for a pub steak!
Gotta say, from the moment we walked in, the young waitress, made sure to help in accommodating our large group, the waiters bringing the food and the bar staff were also lovely. Especially going out of their way to get my little one a warm milk (not on the menu) for his bottle. Ps. Bar food was good everybody was happy. Only negative one of the beers was out.
Not a bad pub in the heart of Mosman Village. Visited on Saturday and the pub was busy, with a pleasant feel and vibe. The Barramundi Fish and Chips (not a great portion) and Chicken Schnitzel were better than we thought, but not outstanding. Good range of drinks and Service is quick. Bottom line $120 for two with wine.
A very well appointed pub in Mosman. On this particular visit, the air conditioning downstairs was exceptionally hot despite it not being too cool out, and the food I had was a little over cooked. It's ALWAYS a yes from me! Perfect venue for any occasion. There has not been a single time that I have been left disappointed. Menu is fresh and with lots of variety! Other pubs in the area need to catch on to what works well!
A friendly pub with an excellent atmosphere. Excellent meals. Excellent customer service. Clean facility. Bus stop outside the main door. Plenty of nearby on-street parking. Located on the edge of the CBD.
this pub has everything. interesting position outdoors. sports indoors. different levels of dining. but most of all, it epitomises the laid back Sydney close-to-beach vibe so well.
