today we went to this Buffalo grill in Trignac close to Saint Nazaire. these restaurants are part of a food restaurant chain in France. This one is the most terrible I could try with my family. we were 5 persons for lunch. entering the restaurant a bad smell of waste waters. we were quickly seated. the waitress came and was looking in a hurry, no smile on her face. we started to order. I wanted a “cow boy rib eye” she said we don t have. my husband ordered a texas mix grill, no more even. we went for something very simple: mince meat steack with a fried egg on the top and french fries. the others ordered different meats. after 30 minutes she came and litteraly threw on our table their “welcome salad” and said : I will bring the bref when I can! we never saw any bread... after another 30min, we had to complain as our food still not on the table. when she brought the plates, the meat was cold, and the taste was not tasting fresh, the egg was unfortunately even cook well as the white was still raw. at the end she only said : hoping next time you come, it will be better! it could not be worse anyway. not even a coffee was offered to compensate a bit this disaster. France has so many good little restaurants, it is a pity shame this chain is becoming so bad quality.
This place was great, really fabulous and we sat dwon near the food preparation and were able to watch all the food being grilled and cooked. the staff were very helpful and very very good looking. so handsome in fact it was a crime !! lovely people, fast service and very good food. we ended up eating here 3 times with no complaints what so ever.
