Part of a chain of restaurants across France. The menu is considerable with plenty of options. Staff at this location were very pleasant and helpful. Our server conversed with us in good English. Menu is obviously in French but most of the choices have a picture so it is easy to make your selections. Service is prompt and the food is served nice and hot. Please be aware that as is usual in France opening hours are 12noon to 3pm it then closes until 5pm. On our visit on a Saturday lunch time the restaurant was very busy, however we were given a table having not made a booking without any delay. If you want good quality food without any pretentions this can be recommended. One tip to note, if you choose a burger medium will be more like rare, if you do not like this ask for the burger to be well done.
I have decided to review places and products that I think are above or below expectation. Parking is good but does fill up early. The young gent that served us spoke as much English as we did French, finger pointing at rare to well cooked steaks on menu worked well. They do have English menus also. The food was prompt, hot and served well by attentive staff. Portion sizes are generous, be warned of you wish for a dessert. The toilets are upstairs and are clean with actual toilet seats in red of course) I don't have any complaints about this food outlet and the staff went out of the way to make sure we were happy.
we have eaten at other Buffalo Grill restaurants throughout France, this visit to the one in Brest was a let down, at the end of the day its just spruced up and over priced burgers and chips but the staff were very unattentive bordering on rude, we think possibly because we are english speaking with very little command of french, when we paid our bill on leaving the change was literally thrown onto the counter, I am normally very happy to tip for good service but on this occasion I didn`t tip
You don't expect a gourmet experience at a Buffalo Grill but what you do get is a good atmosphere, helpful staff and extreme tolerance of children. We dined there for my daughter's 16th birthday with other family members including grandchild age 14 months. Staff were kind and attentive. The food came quickly and was good quality. The desert served with candles to mark the occasion. Nice people, nice place.
