Having travelled through the night/morning from the UK to arrive in Bordeaux mid afternoon it was a question of quick sleep, wash brush up find somewhere for an early dinner! We selected the Buffalo Grill as had used the chain before and knew what to expect. While our French is limited we got by with a very pleasant waitress (Lauryne) who made every effort to help language wise, along with speedy service. The menu selection is similar to Macdonald's but with bells whistles. Ate for three of us with drinks , two courses each with coffee €84.00 . One can eat for a lot less!
Never, never again. Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible noise. Smell of toilets. The worst dump we have ever visited, shame on you. We came in on January the 5th 2020 and the waiter (a young girl) was more busy texting her friend which strangely enough sad upper-set her at a table? The disco music was blasting which such volume that talking together was not an option. DO NOT VISIT The manager of this place have given up.
commander de porter des frites sans sel (impératif médical très strict)La mention sans sel a été indiquée sur la boîte et a été respectée y compris dans la cuisine. les frites arrivèrent salées: elles cherchaient longtemps à comprendre et la recette des frites fut changée: elles m'offrit des haricots verts. recherche, excuses, la solution était très pros. temps et qualité respectée!
They didn't accept us in the restaurant because the waiter said they didn't have anyone who spoke English (he told us this with Google Translate) It's terrible that someone is not accepted because of that, and they could have continued using the translator to order some hamburgers or a steak.
nous avons commandé tous les deux un « repas shérif » Tout était super, des portions correctes et un serveur sympa. juste ce que nous n'aimions pas était un peu trop serré et ensuite nous pouvions entendre tout ce que nos voisins pouvaient dire. sinon nous avons apprécié notre séjour là-bas.
