We didn 't even eat here after the awful way we were treated. We arrived before it was open which was our own fault and waited outside in the sweltering heat; 4 adults and 6 children. A male employee arrived at 5.50pm and went inside. We waited. At 6pm a very miserable looking female employee arrived. The restaurant was due to open at 6pm and they kept us waiting, in the heat with young children with no explanation until 6.15 when the male employee unlocked the door, he never opened it to invite us in or apologise. This was very inconsiderate, but we let this go. We then Sat down and were given an English menu which was helpful, though there was only one. We then Sat for a further 15 minutes without being asked for a drinks order. The children were really hot and thirsty. The miserable female who was supposed to be our waitress was in the outside eating area fixing tables although there was no one else in the restaurant. I was really annoyed and didn 't want to eat there after this. I felt like she really didn 't want to be there and was very obnoxious. I felt like they didn 't want our custom. When I spoke to the waiter, not sure if he was the manager too. I expressed how rudely I felt they treated us and he said 'She 's coming ' and I turned to see her sour face again, she had a really unpleasent expression one which I would not want to be served by. I can understand if she doesn 't like her job or she was having a bad day, but surely you have to try to put on a professional face. I think the staff where rude and inconsiderate and made us feel unwelcome. So finally, after all that, we had to take the kids and spent our €150 somewhere more worthy :
