Buffalo Grill - Réserver une table

Première visite dans ce genre de restaurant, nous nous réjouissions à l'avance, mais nous avons été déçus. Nous étions les premiers à arriver à 18h30 et on nous a placés dans une petite cabine très étroite. J'ai demandé si nous pouvions nous asseoir à la table près de la fenêtre pour 4 personnes, mais la serveuse a dit que c'était complet plus tard. Nous sommes restés une heure et toute la rangée de tables près de la fenêtre était vide quand nous sommes partis ! Nous avons eu droit à une salade de bienvenue et du pain, mais le steak commandé par mon partenaire était complètement trop cuit, alors qu'il l'avait demandé à point ! Personne n'est venu vérifier, il avait donc faim et a quand même...

We were the first ones in so the place was empty! We were given a couple of salads well actually they were plonked on the table! Our starter came out which was hot and very nice but unfortunately it went down hill after that . The mains were cold and tough , we sent them back but they arrived warm and still tough as they were the same meals. They went back and we spoke to the Manager who was very apologetic but we said we didn’t want anything else to eat ! So we are hungry Brits ready for a long journey tomorrow !!!!

We should of known from the 10 minute wait to be seated. It took over twenty minutes to order our food, the staff were unhelpful. I have eaten in a number of these restaurants before, but this experience was very disappointing! Four of us eating after a long journey .... should be and could be better.

agréable surprise c'était bon dans un cadre agréable. personnel efficace et amical. On reviendra dîner.
