Buffalo Grill Macon Sance

Buffalo est une enseigne connue et où les plats sont identiques. Pas de surprise mais là je mets la note maximale car les personnes dont nous avons même demandé les prénoms pour les citer ici, ont été exceptionnelles de professionnalisme et de gentillesse lors de notre arrivée non seulement tardive pour déjeuner mais en plus avec nos chats pas particulièrement calmes... Vraiment ravis de l'accueil ce dimanche de Echa et Aline, quel plaisir d'être accueillis avec sourire et bienveillance!

Arrived and the restaurant wasn’t even half full Turned a table of 4 away in front of us. Told us one hour wait before they could take an order said that was okay we would sit and have a drink but was told no that wasn’t possible So we walked away together with the couple behind us Won’t be going to Buffalo Grill again Didn’t care

Ambiance very nice, but the service was poor. We asked for medium steaks for our kids but we’re served virtually raw pieces of meat. When we complained we were told the cooks had already left. Our kids barely ate half their steaks but we were still charged full cost.

One of the great things about Buffalo Grill are that the standards of service and food seem to be the same throughout. However the welcome salad on this occasion was not fresh. It was poor.

Charcoal flavor was to many! Quality of food I give it a normal number. The service was nice and now what they are doing
