I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. A young woman on the phone had a really poor attitude. I ordered two kebabs and nacho cheese, but it took over an hour for my food to arrive. I called twice: the first time, a young guy said it would be ready in 10 minutes, and the second time, he mentioned it was in the car for delivery. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I was frustrated with the lack of customer service. When my order finally arrived, the food was cold. I asked for a free drink to make up for the delay, but they told me that they recommend allowing an hour and a half for delivery. For just two kebabs and nacho cheese, that’s ridiculous! I used to love ordering from buffalo but after tonight never again ordered on just eat when it came price was different chips on all 4 meals were burnt and scrappy and the wraps were that small my 9 yr old was still hungry us think they'd maintain a good standard when there's so many new take always are opening in the same village I will deffenatly be going somewhere else in the future

Absolutely appalling... I ordered through Just Eat and waited over an hour, only to be informed that they hadn't even turned on the computer to receive orders from Just Eat. If I wanted to continue with my order, it would take another hour and a half. With four hungry kids, I decided to cancel and order from elsewhere. I will never order from them again. Disgraceful service!

This restaurant could really benefit from an inspection by the Food Standards Agency. The cleanliness is quite lacking! Additionally, the staff could use some training in hygiene standards. I won't be returning. Buffalo Pizza in Hemsworth, you should be embarrassed. Réservez une table maintenant

Got a kebab delivered on a Saturday night, and the next day both me and my partner had an upset stomach, a few weeks later called in to order food and left without ordering anything due to the filthy state of the shop.
