Despite the restaurant not being full, we waited around 25 minutes for our appetizers—thin mozzarella sticks priced at nearly ten bucks (definitely not worth it). Then, another 30 minutes passed before our main dish arrived—a single plate of the "endless wings." I think they should consider rebranding it to "Buffalo Bites," as they were significantly smaller than typical wings. There were no veggies like celery on the plate, just some soggy, lukewarm fries.

Understaffed and poorly run. Took several minutes just to get seated as the staff in the front of the house didn’t seem to know how. Finally told to seat myself anywhere. Walking through the restaurant saw 6 tables waiting to be bused. Got to a table, waited for about 4 minutes for service, then had to flag down the waiter. He seemed in a bit of a daze. Ordered my food, then waited 20 minutes for 10 wings and tater tots?! Food arrived barely warm. Wings were also a bit overdone and dry. Salad arrived at the same time as everything else. Waiter did check with me several times, which is good, but hard to overcome that first impression of a restaurant being mismanaged. Won’t come back.
My boyfriend and I decided to go for the $20 unlimited wings, but we were quite disappointed with our experience. We waited over 30 minutes only to receive the wrong order along with some cold wings. After that, when we tried to order more wings to take advantage of the unlimited deal, there was another 30-minute wait between orders. One of our orders never arrived because we were just too exhausted from waiting. Honestly, the deal wasn't worth it at all. Although the waiter was friendly, he didn’t check on us during our visit. We were really let down. If you plan to eat here, be prepared to spend a couple of hours.
I recently went to Buffalo Wild Wings and wanted to share my experience. The atmosphere was lively and they had a great variety of wings to choose from. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and it took quite a while for our food to arrive. On top of that, our order was wrong multiple times, which was frustrating. The service also lacked friendliness and didn't make us feel welcomed. Despite these issues, the wings themselves were delicious with a good variety of flavors. Overall, I enjoyed the food but felt that the service could have been better.

Took an L ordering here, somehow they let an order be stolen from their prepaid pick up area and said they had no idea what happened, tell me to wait 10 min to remake, i come back and wait an additonal 15/20 min and the sauce for the wings was sparce and dried out. Definitely felt the staff scrambling and even upon making up for missing food they cant be bothered to make it saucy and flavourful. Also RIP to the groceries in my car
I was told the food was going to be ready at 6:40 got there 6:45 just be told to wait 15 mins more to get cold food and the size of wings are extremely small for a 10 piece its 16 dollars and the rach dressing is not full or wven half way they barely put any sauce on them. Over all my experience here. Makes me remember why i havent been here in over 2 years. Thank you for the reminder.
Buffalo Wild Wings is always a win. Their menu is extensive and full of goodness! The service is always spectacular and the food is always served fast and hot. And if there is any mistakes with your order they fix it very fast so you can enjoy your meal. And plus the full-size bar, bar section, and plethora of screens for whatever you want to watch!! Love B-Dubs!!!
had the worst visit. took forever to get a waiter. food was thrown on the table, asked for ketchup, and was given 4 ketchup packets. boneless wing were dry. waited a while before the waiter gave us our check. bushes were overgrown, and couldn't see out the window

Very bad accuracy with take out orders. From missing meals to missing sauces, you have to check the order before leaving or you might end up disappointed.
