hey karen. he. sally. I was there when you began to cuddle, said pink hairy cashier and wept that your eating was not pre-arranged before all others commanded before you. if you say it, say it true. it was bogo wing day and the restaurant was busy as always. you asked if she could just make an F-ing check on your order. she matched her energy and advised that the kitchen worked as fast as possible and there were already enough people in the back to help and other people in the kitchen would be hurt, not help. they tried to rally the other (outpatiently waiting) customers, but they did not agree with them so that they whispered and cried to the manager for free food. I ordered both here to go...
I ordered takeout. The staff helping me was like, oddly aggressive? I did feel shamed by her for ordered food and showing up and she cursed at me a few times as well as other patrons. My order was wrong so I had to go back. When I got the new order, it was also wrong so when I finally got the correct food, it had been probably an hour and half total or waiting. Very medicore which is fine- I was expecting that- but the experience was pretty bad unfortunately. I don't like to comment on staff usually because they're most likely overworked and underpaid but I definitely felt pretty insulted lol
The wait for food here is always really slow..we waited about 25 min this most recent time, and our appetizer came out after our entrees! but that 's how it is at every BWW I 've ever been to. The food is somewhere between fine and good. They seem a bit understaffed but the wait staff that are working are the best part about the place. Friendly people who pay attention. The stars are mostly for them. It is an OK bar/restaurant and would work well for a group.
The table we were brought to was dirty. The waitress cleaned it up for us. We got spicy garlic wings and the sauce was good, but our food was cold. Being as we were hungry we just ate the food. Plus, I don't want my food tampered with if I had sent it back. The restroom was also unsanitary. We will not be going back. The waitress was good, though.
