I had the most disappointing experience with both the service and management at this restaurant. We were a party of 13 celebrating a birthday, and there was a 30-minute gap between when the first person received their meal and when the last meal was served. By the time some of us got our food, half the group had already finished eating. When we raised our concerns with management, they showed little concern. After waiting 20 minutes to speak with a manager, we finally had to go find one ourselves. He informed us that this was the kitchen's procedure. The second manager only offered to comp one child's meal as a gesture. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.
We waited 20 minutes before our server took our beverage order, and it took another 10 minutes just to get a glass of water. Keep in mind, the restaurant wasn't busy. After that, he finally took our food order, but it took a whole hour for the food to arrive. When it did come, the food was only warm. We asked for salt and ketchup, but never received them. It took another half hour to get refills on our drinks. We paid with cash, and he didn’t give us the correct change. I won’t be returning to this restaurant.
Had a huge party job that impressed everyone. GM Craig Marshall and Tessa were fantastic and patient from the start. Not only did they make it easy, but they have included our need for an early collection. All the wings were hot, huge and on time ready for the party. Many guests commented on the size and quality of the boneless wings. Buffalo Wild Wings kick off the park for our party! Thank you. Easy 5 Star Review
I had the best time today. It was such a great experience that they serve the nicest waiter. It was just her first day and she was so professional!! As well as very beautiful with amazing eyes she deserves an increase and you need to hire more people like her

They don 't take reservations . After years of complaints you would think BW3 would take care of this. I read comments before booking here. Years of the same complaint. Fortunately, though it was New Year 's Eve, they weren 't that busy
Had the brisket sandwich and it was great! Bury that they have taken the diet Mt Dew from the menu. It's one of the main reasons I come here. Our waitress was Top Notch and the military rebate is always appreciated.
We were pressed for time after two other restaurants we had reservations with backed out on us. They were able to get us in quickly. Great service and very friendly staff. Your team did a great job.
Place is crowded, had to wait for some time, but that's good as it's one of the crowded places in the area. Wings and Pommes were beautiful... tried hot wings
