I've ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings twice, and both times they forgot to include the extra ranch I paid for. In my second order, I asked for 6 wings but only got 5. I'm not sure if it was an error, but I paid about $14 just for those wings. Missing one wing from a 6-piece order is unacceptable, especially when I also paid a takeout fee online. I hope the staff can be more careful and double-check orders in the future.
The food was okay, but the service fell short of my expectations. I realize they might have been short-staffed, but our server didn’t even acknowledge my family of five. After waiting 25 minutes, I had to ask if she could bring us some water. Unfortunately, this experience means I probably won’t be returning.
If you order online, be prepared for mistakes. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes, and despite speaking with staff and showing my receipt, they still have no idea what my order was. Edit: The food arrived 30 minutes late. However, the quality is good and much better than another nearby location.
Great drinks! We tried the spicy margarita and the Blue Hawaiian, and both were fantastic. We also ordered chicken street tacos, which were quite good. It’s a nice spot to relax with friends, and the wings were decent too. Réservez une table maintenant
