I typically try to avoid reviewing chain restaurants because there usually isn't anything to say. I'm posting this review in OUTRAGE, my boyfriend and I ate at this Buffalo Wild Wings on a Tuesday to take advantage of their Buy One Get One promotion for traditional wings, and we both feel as if we got absolutely CHEATED. In the reviewable category of things, our server was fantastic and friendly, the food was adequate, and the decor was the typical frat bro sports bar garbage you see at every location. My complaints came when we received our check, after researching multiple times over and confirming and reconfirming online we were sure we were going to receive a bill reflecting the BOGO nat...
Just left this location unfed and unhappy. We we’re seated about 2 minutes after we came in and that was the only good part about this experience. When our waiter finally came to our table, we were greeted with “Can I get yall started with something to eat?” No “Hello my name is.” or “Can I get y’all something to drink?” Never had that happen before. After telling him what we wanted to drink (even though he still didn’t ask) and giving our food order, we waited at least 10 minutes for those to come back to the table. I stopped by this restaurant on a Friday night around 7 p.m. and sat at the bar. They were obviously busy, which likely means they get a lot of customers! Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of our server, but she was great and even brought us bread—thank you for that! I ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings and Lemon Pepper wings with wet potato wedges. The food was delicious, and I plan to try the drinks next time. My date had a chicken sandwich, but I can't remember what she thought of it. Overall, a good experience!
When it came time to pay, we left our rewards number and redeemed some items, noting it on the receipt and informing her. However, she did not input our rewards number, meaning our points weren't applied to our order. When we requested to reopen the transaction and apply the points, she refused. I also asked for a copy of the receipt to review the line items, but she couldn't provide another. This experience aligns with the comments I've heard from others regarding the poor service at this location. Réservez une table maintenant
First of all, I want to point out that BWs should remember that there's no such thing as "flowerflower wings." They’re just veggie bites, not chicken wings. Overall, the Buffalo Wild Wings was pleasant. The waitress was friendly, and the southern chicken sandwich was tasty. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
We entered the restaurant and waited about 15 minutes at the front to be seated, during which time several staff members passed by without acknowledging us. I understand that it can get busy, but it would have been nice to receive at least a recognition. We ultimately decided to leave. Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
