I eat at Buffalo Wild Wigs a lot for lunch on my travels. My first time here at this location. I did not like that they had a solicitor snag you as soon as you walk in. They were taking donations for kids back packs. I tried to give him a $5 as that was all the cash I had and was told the minimum donation was $20. So I said sorry and went to my booth. Anyway makes a relaxing lunch experience stressful to listen to his speel and then your offer to help not be good enough?? Ordered the cheese burger bun less and then10 wing lunch special. Did not eat the fries that came with it or any of the veggies. So can't rate them. I had enough points that my lunch was free. My waitress helped me figure out on the app how to redeem them. She was very helpful. Her name was Annie and she was very friendly and upbeat as well as courteous. My lunch was delicious. If not for the solicitor I would rate the restaurant 5 stars!
I don't know why I even have trouble ordering from this store. On several occasions I would appear at the time to pick up my order and I would wait for 30 minutes to an hour longer, so a few times I have the order delivery so that I did not have to wait there for an hour. I have either not received my order with more than one occasion, or my order comes completely wrong. And or cold. This facility is very badly managed. It seems to be a very simple task to distinguish between bone and bone in wings.
Absolutely worst Buffalo Wild Wings EVER!!!!! I have been going to these for year's and NEVER had experiences like this before. First time they were super slow took over an hour for our food and wasn't busy we gave them credit because they were obviously short staff. This time I called in a pick up order at 6. The office manager took my order from the management office told me to pick up in 30 mins. Showed up they had no idea of my order he never gave it them!
Ordered 30 wings, 15 Teriyaki and 15 lemon peppers. That was excellent! The best I ever had. They were fresh and warm, perfect for the national championship game. Everyone at my party thought that was a hit. Added carrots, celery and a side order of mozzarella sticks and we were good to go. Alfred was very helpful on the phone and I recommended to join the reward program for additional benefits. All in all, a great experience. I'm back.
