Buffalo Wild Wings

If I could I would give it 0 stars, we had the worst waitress ever. She didn’t give us a menu at first, didn’t even greet us, didn’t even look at us at the eyes. The place was also dirty, our drinks tasted like tap water mixed with soda flavor and the sweet tea was even worst. Plus she didn’t even give us the check (I guess she clocked out) we had to go to the front and pay. At least the front desk guy was decent but overall it was a horrible experience never coming again to this location and it is just here in Odessa I’ve been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and it’s better, here they don’t even want to work. NEVER COMING AGAIN

We love the food here, but service is a hit or miss. Even if you order, make sure to check your order before you go. The place is super rough to go, really needs an upgrade. We learned this weekend that Honey BBQ will no longer be an option in Saucen. I don't know why this decision was made, but there's really no point going back when the sauce won't be an option anymore. Potato wedges are great.

The flower wings were delicious. Our server was nice, but the restaurant is not very clean. They use tap water so that the drinks are disgusting. It was not a terrible experience, but the place needs improvement.

Food was great, but this place needs some serious maintenance. The stand seat was not attached to the base, it tipped forward when I lean forward. And in the ladies' room, no one, like ZERO, was not even closed.

Love the food. Had to get our own refills. Beer came after we finished our meal. Had to go find a manager to get my bill. He didn't offer a discount or apology.
