Ordered the all you can eat wings simply to wait an entire hour to receive my items. Several people that were sat before my party received their food and more. By the time the 10 wings and fries arrived, the fries were stale and giving the wings lukewarm for a temperature is a far stretch of what it was. The wait is horrendous to get wings and even to be sat down when the building is practically empty. I don’t blame the servers but feel the manager of the establishment should be reviewed as everything down to the service was garbage. Came to pick up my online order and no one is ever at the takeout desk. I had to wait 20mins longer than their quoted time.I remember when I used to walk into Buffalo wild wings and there would be at least one person at podium and one at the togo section. Now I come in and seems like no one is running the place. After a bit a hostess locked eyes with me and walked to the kitchen. I thought she might come out to the togo section but came back out and walked away. Did that 2 more times. Eventually someone came out of no where and asked for name and said it would be a few more mins.
Horrible service!! They made us order our own food through a QR code end up ruining our order. When I asked the server she didn 't even bother fixing it, she just offered me 5 extra wings. I didn 't make a big deal out of it but what really got me mad is how horrible the service was she tipped herself almost $20 without asking us. They do the QR code thing MAKE you put a card or file so they can STEAL money from you put it as a tip .
Ordered our food, waited 45 minutes. Food was cold and a bit stale. Order another round of wings and fries, waited for about an hour. Same thing, food was cold and hard. Servers were all depressed and dead. I understand if the place is busy and packed, but at least try and act like you wanna be here. I had a party of 4, they kept bringing our food one at a time. Never coming here again. And they ran out of napkins.

You would think with this promotion they would have more staff scheduled but alas they had one sever for the such a big area this is not a reflection of the employees but the management 40min plus wait because there isn’t enough staff for the demand is just wrong y’all need to do better
If I could give less than 1 star review I would !! Worst service in my life I ordered through the QR code and sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes and nobody even brought me my drink. Brought my friend's wings out but no drink or his fries. Worst birthday ever I am livid!!!
How do you have only 1 server for both the bar and dining area. Order through the app and food never came. Waited over 30 mins and no-one even stopped by to check. Never thought I would say this about a Buffalo wild wings but skip this one.
Worst experience of my LIFE. Everything is terrible, legit writing this as I eat. This place is horrendous. It’s like everything that could go wrong went wrong. Foods cold. Service is rude and short. Unwelcoming. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE

This place has the WORST customer service ever, everytime I come I wait at my table like 10-15 min just for someone to acknowledge me. When I do get my food i don't see my waitress till its time to pay. DO NOT GO HERE IT SUCKS
Don’t do all you can eat wings. Took an hour to get our first set then another hour to get a refill.
