Are food all came out at different times, our apps were the last thing to come out. More then half are meal we waited for over an hour for. The worse part was an employee of the restaurant whom I believe works in the kitchen followed my 16 year old into the men's bathroom and threatened him because he apparently thought my son was starting at him when he walked by his table to go to the men's room. Me and my husband went up to the employee and asked what his problem was after our son came back and told us what just happened. I have ordered delivery in the past and the food was amazing, but the last few times my orders have been incorrect. The first time they gave me a dry all american burger with only meat (i also paid for bacon) and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Then i ordered again today and even called to make sure my order would be correct and asked for them to throw ketchup in the bag because they don’t have an option in the app (they also never give you napkins). There was no ketchup and the burger was missing bacon once again. Then the two burgers I ordered weren’t labeled correctly in the boxes. I love bww, but i don’t recommend ordering delivery.
The 1st night my experience wad beyond pleasing thanks to Heather the bar tender... But today... Was quite a displeasing experience. I was there to watch the Green Bay game and enters Two Gentlemen who apparently commandeered the only visible screen from my game which only had 2 minutes and 36 seconds left. The manger never once approached to resolve anything but yet cowardly our access to the bar. I hope this disrespectful behavior is not tolerated by corporate and feel the corporate may need to replace or retrain the management in this specific location. speaking from previous management experience
My server ignored our table. He was more attentive to the two table that came in 15 minutes after us. Both got their food before us He forgot our refills and ranch dressing. We never did get them. And he never brought our check. Another server did. I Spent $80 on the meal (that wasn't that great because we had nothing to wash it down) and gave a $20 tip because I was worried I would have to wait another 20 minutes for my change. And there was no way I was waiting any longer after it already took almost 2 hours. So in my opinion it was waste of $100 bucks.

went for late night eating and drinks while Thursday was football. friendly personal and relaxing atmosphere. half price boneless wings and design beer specialties helped make this more affordable. normal prices slightly high for wings, but Tuesday and Thursday make the price decent. the food was delicious and beer tasted great. would recommend while the specials go on.
Was very disappointed in the bar service tonight 1/12/22. Entered establishment waited to be seated but no one came, went to the bar sat down looked at the menu for ten minutes while bartender talked to a guy. She never acknowledged us at all, got fed up and left. Only gave one star because you have to...
I often come here for lunch and try to get the same waitress, Cheryl. She is amazing and truly makes the visit worthwhile. Her service is exceptional.
smoked brisket burger fried pickles were very good. will return for them. waitress very friendly efficient, made sure we had everything we needed.

the food was good. the drinks were nice and cold. every football match was possible on TV. the food came quickly and the service was good.
Appears to be fairly new. Spacious so was not very loud. Food is standard BWW. Full bar. Lots of beer on tap but mostly domestic.
