Walked into this location, and placed an order that costed me $47. I wanted something different for my 14 month old so i went 7 minutes away to panera while i waited. At panera i had time to place my order, wait only a few minutes for my order, drive back to BWW, and had to wait 15 more minutes there. The front clerk Lindsey (in the photos) i believe is her name informed me that my food was done, and they were bagging it. Well, 5 minutes passed she approaches a team member starts chatting then comes back and start to play on her phone. After a few more minutes she brings me my food. I checked the bag to make sure everything was inside, but the presentation was horrible the chicken was warm , and the fries were hard overcooked and cold!!! Just nasty. My pickles were cold as well! And look at this chicken box finger prints all under the box with sauce every dang oh where. Boneless wings gotta little sauce on the box, but they are not even saucy as i receive from other locations.
I ordered the 20 traditional wing and 20 boneless wing bundle. You can see from the photos there are not 20 boneless wings and the traditional wings were less than average size. The wedges and fries were great. Quality compared to price was unacceptable. This would not be accepted in person so shouldn’t pass with delivery.
So. Very. Fantastic. Wow, do they have great wings. Flavors are great but they manage to still have crispy wings below the sauce or dry rub (I had both). Great atmosphere and Alexis took my order and had me relaxing till my order was ready to go. Wonderful experience.
