I placed a takeout order over the phone and while the customer service could have been better, I understand that everyone is busy and has personal lives to juggle. Despite this, the wings I ordered were saucy, fresh, and hot. Thanks to the new cardboard boxes, the wings stayed hot all the way home as I live just ten minutes away. I had given up on another chain, but I always find myself coming back for their late-night munchie cravings. These wings really hit the spot, so thank you.
I ordered the takeover on the phone and honestly said the customer service could be a little better, but we? and we all have our personal life that we wear on our shoulders at work. I get it whatever, but my wings were saucy and tasted fresh and hot and I live ten minutes away so these new kartons keep the wing hot all the way to home now. I went here with my girlfriend and some of her family members. The food was great and the service was superb! 5 stars for the service here, we had never received such remarkable service anywhere before. The only thing we found that we wish were better was that the garden salad here didn't have croutons and possibly some meat that the BWWs in St. Paul had. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our meals and had a wonderful time together.
Uncooked traditional wings on Tuesday 1/18/22. Paid $24 online for this, few wings in all the wings were raw and pink from inside. Really bad texture and almost puked while eating these.
