This location always fail to give me what I ask for when ordering takeout especially the sauce! On June 10, 2022, me, my husband and infant (with a car seat) dine in and they had the left side of the dine in seating closed so only the right side along with bar area was opened. The hostess saw that my husband was carrying the car seat and said “we only have high chairs available” when they had an empty booth that was not cleaned up yet along with a table becoming available. She just stood there and looked at us and did not offer anything else. I then went on and said we’ll wait for the table to be cleaned up. Table was finally cleaned up and we were seated. We waited 10+ minutes with no help...
Buffalo wild wings is one of my favourite places to go for wings and the food is consistently good for years. I love the thai curry wings, along with lemon pepper, spicy garlic buffalo dry wings. Potato wedges weren't bad either. I wonder why they stopped serving veggies ie. Carrots cucumbers alongwith, probably covid related cutbacks. However, it pains me to take a star off the rating even though the service actually warranted more stars to be deducted. The main guy in charge of seating us wanted to us to wait 20 minutes because there was no staff to clean several empty tables, which he reluctantly did and then used the same piece of cloth to clean the menus. They ran out of traditional wings and chips. The time prior no margaritas? And a few times the wings were so tiny I wondered if they were using Cornish hens. I have been a faithful Bdubs customer but sadly this last experience may have been too much (we also waited an hour for our first drink, no water, it was a mess). Staffing was an issue however I do not blame the hard working servers running around crazy like. I think it’s sadly the way it will be handled as these areas are still recovering and battling post pandemic supply shortage issues.
This place is one of the worst Bdubs I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered from Uber Eats because I have covid. Jan 7, 2022. The chicken delivered was of poor quality; barely any sauce and pieces of chicken as small as quarters….I personally drove to the restaurant to have my food remade. Get home and now my 20 wing order is 16 wings…..this is joke. Call them again about their mess up again and the manager Jordan can only offer me the missing wings and/or a $5 gift certificate….what a waste of time and effort.

I went here to eat with my girlfriend and we had a good time together. The customer service was 3 stars, bathroom stall had lights off and wasn't turned on (I needed to use it and asked to turn it on), the food was 3 stars, the meat was kind of hard to chew and lots of sauce on what I ordered (original buffalo). 3 stars if I found reasons why it was good but 2 because the waiter kept forgetting us about everything and the employees seemed like they couldn't help with the stall lights.
Gone downhill. Last two times I got wings for takeout in the past two weeks the wings were dry with almost no sauce. Both orders were hard and tasted only like breading and sodium. Check your orders before you leave even though that's their job.
Very likeable staff and very patient. Out of the whole establishment 1/4 was occupied on a Wednesday 5pm. Burger had a nice taste but meat was a bit burnt in the crust. Fries were very good. Decent experience.
Love the wings a BW and this location was no exception! The service was oit-standing and our wait-person was on point the entire time keeping glasses full and being attentive as a whole!

Great place. Dinning in, fully opened, you don't need face mask to come in. Good experience from the entrance to the food. You can order online and pickup in store.
Awesome service beautiful food atmosphere you couldn't ask for a more calming place to eat in this area
