I politely requested a small taste of the featured beer, and she poured it, dropped it on the bar, and then walked away without waiting to see if I wanted a full drink or asking for my thoughts. I had never tried BWW before this single order, and I can say with confidence that I won't be ordering from them again. In my opinion, their Yelp rating of 1-2 stars is spot on. The worst part was definitely the portion sizes. Their prices are outrageous considering how small everything is. I honestly can’t think of anyone I know who would try this once and then return. It feels like a complete rip-off. I can't comment on the ambiance since we ordered to-go, but no level of good service could justify this price-to-portion mismatch. Every single friend I shared this order with agreed it wasn’t worth the cost and labeled it a failure. It's a hard pass for me.

Food was fine, no complaints there. Atmosphere was great. We went in to watch a basketball game and it was nice bc everyone was cheering together : you can express your joy or pain on the game freely lol! So if you don't like loud restaurants, this may not be for you. Unfortunately, service has been a bit disappointing... we went in for an order one day and we ended up having to explain the wing Tuesday deal to the employee... kind of strange. Again, food is fine but if you do not have a lot of time to just wait for a table and wait to be served, there are many other food options in the plaza to try :

Food comes out quick, service is ok. New people take their sweet time cleaning off the tables so you're just there with trays. New girl didn't know how to do her job and asked to see my rewards and then ended up refunding them because she clicked the refund so I couldn't use it. Talked to manager and he was absolutely no help. Will never come back here again. Réservez une table maintenant

I never right reviews but this visit was absolutely not a good experience we were a part of 2 we ordered the half bone in wings and bone out wings both were extremely dry and hard they tasted old and the coleslaw was just lettuce with thrown dressing on top it was disgusting the bill was 68.00!! I won’t be going back over priced for trash food

Honestly, this place is already shameful, Buffalo, it was one of the best, and now it is disgusting garbage, in the floor disgusting they don’t clean nothing ? , things are poorly done they don’t clean the bathrooms.I won’t come back

Took the hottest boneless wings they can offer- did not disappoint!!! Good place for wings and beer, especially during happy hour. One of my favorite chain fast food places in the States.
