Let me begin by saying that Marcus and Cinda are fantastic. I've been coming here for many years, as it provides me with a peaceful escape for about an hour to an hour and a half. However, I have to say that this place has significantly declined in quality. It really needs a complete management overhaul.
The service is decent, but the food is simply terrible. I usually order the naked tenders because I prefer lean protein. Out of the last five to ten times I've ordered them, only one was actually edible. When I raised this issue, I received a response that was relayed through my server instead of directly from the manager. I was told that I could either have it taken off my bill or replace...
I am not usually one to complain. My boyfriend and I are avid Thursday bogo night/ trivia goers but bw3s has been slacking!!! I was served these onion rings with my food, not earlier as one would have thought an app would have been but I’m nice so I let that slide, but bw3s has been getting on my nerve with the disappointment and cold food and bad service). This app along with our wings was cold as they have been the past few times coming here). And I am just outraged that they served us 5 cold onion rings and had the never to charge us $6.49, over $1 for a sad ring. Inside was dirty, had a bartender working that had not been trained or anyone training her while she tried to serve customers.There was no management to be seen.The staff was all in the kitchen yelling at each other loudly because the music in the kitchen was blaring so loudly.A simple order of 6 traditional wings took over 35 minutes, because the cook was on the back patio smoking Marijuana.I know this because while waiting so long for my food, I stepped out back to have a cigarette and watch him doing it.I have to say, this place needs a complete overhaul of management and most of the staff..
If I could give 0 stars I would, everyone there was completely professional until it came to the manager Matt, who you’d think would want to show professionalism but I guess not. He completely cussed out didn’t even speak to nicely a server there he cussed them out until they were in tears in front of me and my family,I had to ask my server their name so I could make this review putting them in an uncomfortable position, I am shocked and disgusted in what I witnessed there today. This should not be happening anywhere from anybody much less the manager of the establishment, I am disgusted.

Went out to the Hilliard BW3’s. My waitress was Cinda. She was phenomenal. Showed me how to SAVE $5 on my order. Okay who has their employees trying to save the customers money. I’d say BW3 does. Every company needs to incorporate that. On to the food. Had some Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan wings, Onion Rings, Celery and a drink. The wings were really flavorful. Especially the Garlic Parmesan. Onion rings were nice and crunchy. Cinda was ALL over getting refills for my drinks. She even got one to go for me. Great experience today.
My partner loves this place, I like their lunch prices?. I find their chicken wings dry and honestly not very special, like their menu. Also, everytime I go (besides the last time) the waitress/waiters do not refill your drinks... Gets a 3 star for my partnerVegetarian options: I saw in their menu they have a black bean burger
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but it wasn't very busy when I visited. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow, and I only received one drink refill throughout the entire meal. I don't think I'll be returning.
Tre is stake as the bartender. 40 minute ticket times for food and the new GM needs fired for cussing at employees for complaining about the ticket times and advocating for their customers. Very poor management.

We ordered 15 wings with three different sauces, and my son and I enjoyed every single one. We especially loved the wild flavor!
