Recently placed an online order for wings and a bottle of Mountain Dew on Super Bowl Sunday. Went at the scheduled time, but order was not ready. You might think this was because of the game, but game time was four hours later, and the restaurant was empty. The service at BWW was so disappointing that I'll never be returning. I hadn't visited one in quite a while, and this experience ensured I won't be back. It took almost an hour for our food to arrive. The guacamole was bland, and my daughter's chicken tenders looked like they'd been cooked for ages—so stale and dry. I can’t even fault the server for the poor service; she was the only one working on a Sunday evening and had too many tables to handle. How can you expect good service under those circumstances? I asked for a refund, but the staff claimed they were too busy and asked for my credit card and contact information to process it later. When I asked to speak with the manager, they told me the manager was unavailable. So, I left without my refund or my soda.
Additionally, when I checked my food order, I found just 6 carrot pieces, 2 celery sticks, and 4 containers of ranch dressing. I attempted to file a complaint through their website, but I received a generic response, clearly a standard reply for all complaints. There’s no option to reply, and it’s evident no one is reading the messages.

Honestly the worst wing experience l've had.When I received my wings the sauce didn't even cover the entire wing and my boyfriend's wings had no sauce at all when he didn't request dry rub. Our total was $50 for 10 wings and a lemonade and I would at least expect it to be better than what it was since the price is so high. The food took a while to come but the waiters were very nice and understanding! There were only two waiters tending to so many tables so I appreciate their service but the overall experience was bad. I didn’t want to complain to them because you could tell the night was already overwhelming.

Order 15 wings medium Asian zing Onion rings. Everything came out cold. Was not busy. Asked for the wings to be remade instead got microwaved wings. Hilarious enough still not hot . The manager made me wait 10mins to talk to him only to not really care. Good margaritas. You don 't come to BWW expecting the best of anything, but wow was I let down. Go to the buffalo spot in the mall for a better meal lmaooo
I was charged twice for my meal — my boyfriend paid in cash, but when I got home, I found out they charged my card as well. I had to dispute the transaction, and now, a month later, I just received a notification that they've refunded themselves. This is absolutely ridiculous! I consider this a scam, so I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
It's been a minute returning to Buffalo Wild Wings. Very disappointing, service was horrible, food did not look good or cooked. Establishment look like a total mess, employees look miserable which makes us feel uncomfortable. Whoever is running the show at the Cerritos location should be fired.
