Buffalo Wild Wings

We arrived at about 7pm Friday night for dinner. Ordered a drink and our food. 20 wings and an order of fries. Several tables were seated after us and received their food. Waitress returned at 735 and asked if we wanted more drinks. I said we 'd really like our food! Her response was the kitchen has your order ok but can you check on it? She said she 'd ask the manager. 10 minutes later still no food. Spoke to the manager, she didn 't know we never got food. We left.

I've ordered maybe a handful of times this year and every time I've ordered lately my wings have barely had any sauce at all. If I don't order sauce on the side I don't get any sauce on my wings and then I'm just sad.

I came in and sat for 15 minutes and nobody came to my table. I told the host and she said give it another minute or so. After another 10 minutes I just got up and left out.

I wish this place had better ratings, because my party and I had a wonderful time. Our waitress Amber took amazing care of us, and made sure we had everything we needed!
